
Classes allow you to take time out for yourself to work on your Pilates. Classes are kept small to allow individual attention (up to 12). Pilates exercises can be performed at different levels and we will help you to exercises at the level appropriate for you. Classes are available day and evening. Postnatal classes are also available.

BEGINNERS
A good class to start in to gain a thorough understanding as you learn your Pilates
Easy Does It
A gentle class designed for people with joint problems, or who don’t want to push exercise to a high level. These classes are suitable for beginners
General Level
A mixed level class offering higher level exercises but also offering options for those who maybe have been coming a while but still want to work at a general level.
Postnatal
A class for mum to bring their babies along to and work on their core muscles. Particular attention is paid to the deep abdominals and pelvic floor.
