LOW LEVEL PILATES
The low level Pilates classes focus is on the lower options. It is a good class to start in if you are new to Pilates or find the low levels suit you best.
MIXED LEVEL PILATES
Mixed level classes offer lower levels for those that need to keep it gentle, and higher levels for those that want to work harder, so suitable for a wide range of people.
EASY DOES IT PILATES
A gentler, slower class for those that want to keep to at an easier level due to health issues, or if you are new to Pilates.
RECORDING ONLY >
BEGINNERS & RETURNERS
A slower. simpler class with an emphasis on the basic principles and technique for those new to Pilates or returning after a break.
CHAIR PILATES
The chair class is for anyone who is struggling with getting onto and off the floor. The exercises are performed in sitting and standing to challenge your balance, strength and mobility in a fun, relaxed way.
TRIGGER POINT PILATES
This gentle class uses spikey balls (or rolled up tights), a band and a roller (or rolled up towel), to release tension in muscles. You'll feel like you have had a massage!

BARRE PILATES
A ballet barre inspired class with standing exercises, mainly focusing on leg strength and balance, alongside pilates exercises on the mat for abdominals and upper body. You will need a chair to hold for balance. No dance experience/co-ordination required.
HIIT PILATES
HIIT Pilates is high intensity interval training class combined with Pilates. The high intensity intervals are done in short bursts providing a cardio workout. Please wear trainers.
CHILLAX
A gentle Pilates class with the emphasis on breathing, stretching and a relaxation at the end.

PILATES FOR RUNNERS
This is a class for anyone who runs or would like to work harder on their fitness. It is aimed at both beginners and the seasoned runner. It focuses on strengthening the muscles used in running,
improving form and function.
