Personalised Tuition

I offer one to one Pilates tailored to meet your individual needs, drawing on my experience as a Physiotherapist and over 20 years using the APPI method of modified Pilates.

The APPI took the traditional Pilates exercises and modified them to make them safe and accessible for people recovering from back pain and other injuries.

One to one Pilates involves assessment of your needs followed by looking at your movement and muscle control so that a program can be specifically designed to meet your requirements. The program will target your specific areas of weakness and tightness.

You will learn correct alignment and how to isolate the core muscles effectively. A one to one will give you a greater understanding of your body and how it works so that you will enjoy the benefits from your Pilates more quickly.

One to one is particularly beneficial if you suffer from spine or joint problems, if you are postnatal, or recovering from surgery.  A one to one is also a great way to introduce yourself to Pilates before joining a class.

PILATES at your home can also be arranged. Price on request.
