About Me
I deeply believe in the transformative power of movement. Over the last 20 years I have studied dance, yoga and Pilates. I have enjoyed working with clients with various needs including post surgery rehab, back pain, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophies, osteoporosis, pre and postnatal women and athletes. I ran my own studio in Brazil prior to moving to the UK.
My mission is to guide my students to a place where they fully understand and embrace their bodies and to be able to take that understanding with them into their lives.
